how do i "pop off" the head light/high beam plug from behind bulb

as title says, how do i undo the wiring loom/plug connecting into the head lights?

im trying to test the wire to install my spotties.

i have a 2005 d22 zd30

stick a safety pin in the wire and put the tester on the safety pin instead of popping of the plug

there are 2 little tabs you have to push in at the side of the plug, in line with the vertical pins on the plug. push them in and then you can pull the plug off. you may have to push the plug in towards the globe and wiggle it a bit if they won't release, sometimes they can be a bit sticky.
