We've made them for Cruisers before so they aren't that hard, incorporate it into a rear bar design and Bobs your uncle.
Try a google search and just look at other makes after all once the bar is made the wheel carrier design isn't exclusive Navara so other makes will be good for ideas too.

Update on this thread.
Ive been looking into rear wheel carriers and have found a lot of the big name companies don't make them for Navara's. These are the ones I could find so far:

Anyone know of anything similar or possibly have one installed on their truck, my main idea is to remove the spare from underneath which will allow for a long range fuel tank and up to a 40l water tank.
Any ideas or points would be greatly appreciated.
