G'day

Had the front off my centre of dash the other day and saw this plug zip-tied to the cable for the cigarette outlet. I had the ignition in the "on" position and there was no power to any of the pins on it, so, what's it do/for?

Could be something to do with climate control, one of the things the aussie version didnt get but I think the euro's did?

Someone will correct me if Im wrong.

Geez leprechaun, were they meant to offer me that as an extra when i purchased? could come in handy at times!
