Awesome, I'm in the same boat as you were mate, trying to convince the misses, she likes the Nav the way it is and so do I as the tub is functional but at the same time I want to make it as tuff as possible...... If I get really serious about it I'll contact you to grab a few more details

    Hey Boosted.

It's been a long time since the tray build but just wondering if you still have it, It's pretty much exactly what I'm after and looks like all of the hard work has already been done.

    Cheers mate

Hey Mate just read your build thread and your rig looks insane, I'm just about to get a 2 and 2 lift from Zordo's and also a set of 265/75r16 federal couragia MT's at the same time and wanted to ask a few quick questions as you've done it all before.
-Are the UCA's from Cal worth the money and did they make much difference...?
-And also are you happy with the 265's on the 2an2 lift or would you recomend bumping up to 285's, not to keen on hacking my guards as my Nav is only a yr old, will be getting 16by8" wheels as well so a recomendation on the offset would also be a massive help as I don't want to much rubber outa the guards.................
Cheers mate and any feedback would be awesome

Hey mate. I'm thinking about buying a 3" susp lift kit from cal offroad, I read somewhere you had one fitted and then you removed it, what's the go there? Are they
Shithouse? Just wondering what you thought of it ?

    Cheers

It was to bad to lift the bull bar being an alloy one, it just took a bit of cutting and drilling to make it fit. It only took 2 or so hours

Hey mate, quick question about your body lift, did you have to adjust the height of your bull bar after putting in blocks?, and if so how hard is that to do?

I pretty much just bought a length of 50mm ally bar and got some 50mm high blocks made up. Its not to hard of a job to do, pretty much just unbolt the cab and tub. Insert the blocks and bolt it back down. Only 2 little things that need to be changed are when you lifting it you need to loosen the steering joint for it to lengthen and remove the bottom of the fan cowl which just unclips.

As for the tray its taken my about 2 months to do but thats just doing an hour here and there. I havent really put to many things on it. Just putting a set of rock lights on it and mounting my air compressor tank underneath it

g'day mate, first time use on this but i was wondering how you did your 2 inch body lift, did you have to mess around with you airbag wire's or were they fine.
i am want to do a custom flat try for my d22 too. just wondering how long it took you, and what features you have put on in.
