my cross country intercooler showed up last week so spent yesterday fitting it all up, fitting was easy but the bonnet part was obviously that hardest.

Went out to Janowen Hills 4wd park on the weekend, the Suzuki club im in had our year members competition so i drove the navara out and had a play in the play areas there.

The intercooler is fantastic, kept everything so much cooler then what it was previously, cunninghams gap was the biggest test, previously the EGT showed 580Deg without the cooler, this time around it didnt even get near 400deg the hole trip. on the highway it floated between 280 to 320deg, was ecstatic about that.

car handled it very well, no complaints.

Blew my front diff up last weekend, so i hunted around for another R180A, while its out ill put a airlocker in which is on its way from ARB Melb. should have it next week and ill fit it up the following week.

diff blew when i was being recovered, mate took the tension up on the strap he got stuck ive gone to stop and must have hit the brake a bit quicker then the clutch and it shock loaded the centre, ill pull the front cover off when i pull the diff out and get a photo of it, id say its the crown and pinion.

Airlocker showed up on Tuesday its at the diff shop getting fitted into new housing i purchased.

Awesome work on the Nav mate, I no how much mine has cost to get it to where it is and you would have spent a bit more than I have.................. Keep the pics coming

thanks mate, im really happy with how everything goes, bit disappointed with the front diff but oh well excuse for a Airlocker.

The fron locker is definately on the cards for me as well along with a canopy to keep things in the back nice and dry...... Sometimes I wonder if all the cash that goes into it is worth it but I guess if they serve there purpose its all worth it..... wish they had a better suspension set up up the front tho
