265/75/16 +40 offset 16 x 8" rims

2" lift - bilstein shocks

On full suspension compression the (front) wheels bite in quiet bad on the plastic guards at the front - I'm replacing these with a new wider fiberglass guard.

For those with the 265/75/16 on alloys with no lift, do you find much scrubbing both on road and at full flex offroad?

You should be right mate.
My 265-75s are on +20 offset sunnies, stock alloys are +40. The more negative you go the more scrubbing there will be.
I don't get any scrubbing at all. I have the torsion bars wound up about 2 inchs, it doesnt clear by a lot on full lock, but it does clear and I've never noticed it scrub and ive done some pretty rough tracks.

I have those size tyres on my D22 with unmodified suspension, the tyre place trimmed a small piece of the inside front mudflaps. I have never noticed or heard them scrub at all.

Yep. But I deleted because when you read the first post it asks for 33's and 32's. Perhaps the title should be changed.

I am running 235/85/16 on stock DX 16X6 rims only suspension changes is the torsion bars are wound up a bit. I had a little rubbing on the back when I 1st put them on but now they have worn a little no more rubbing, and I have removed the front mud flaps.

full OME kit with front wound up and inner guard massaged

Does the change from 32's to 33's honestly make enough of a change the justify the hassle?

Depends on if you want to run 33's or are satisfied with 32's.
Do a bodylift and add 33's give you more clearance and get the body further up off the ground away from harm.
Go 33x12.5r15's and you have cheaper tyres + rims too, might need flare extensions though.
All in all I think its worth it.

Ben85,

2" body lift + 2" suspension lift with 265-75-16's on 16x7 +20 offset wheels.

Looking at going to either 285-75-16's or 33x12.5-15's with a 0 or -13 offset. Havent decided yet.

Hey ben85
Your navara is exactly what I wanna do to mine the 2" body lift plus 2" suspension lift, can I ask did you do the body lift yourself or get it done professionally??

I did it myself, its not too hard.
If you have a set of sockets, ring, open ended, ratchet ring spanners its pretty easy.
An air ratchet makes it a bit easier also.

On the tyres, I might even go for 305-70-16's. That way I can get nice wide 33s on 16 inch rims and stick to a +20 offset rim. But price between 15 & 16 inch tyres will come into it.
