Hi
We have a 04 d22 zd30. We installed a new water pump and radiator cap. Since then we are getting small bubbles in the coolant overflow bottle after the engine is turned off. It is not loosing any coolant at all. Temp is normal and drives normally. We have tried bleeding the system by raising the front of the car and doing warm up and cool downs. We could make bubbles in the radiator openiybu squeezing the heater hoses for a while but then couldn't get anymore out. We assumed it was bled. No bubbles in radiator cap opening now...Had a new head fitted 50,000 kms ago. Any thoughts??
Thanks tony

if the engine is not running hot or hotter than normal and if the radiator is working good i would say it must ha=ve been air in the system that caused the bubbles. keep and eye on the temp gauge and see how she goes after a week or so.
