02 ZD30 code 75

hey i have a completely stock 2002 D22 with a ZD30 engine and have the engine light flashing. i have pull the codes up by short the OBD2 plug out and got code 75. the code seem to be related to injector pump ecu fault but the pump is only 18 months old ( about 10k km since replacement) and i have just had the pump check by a diesel injection place and was fine. i have also replace the fuel filter with a new genuine one but old filter seemed clean and water free. phoned the fuel injection place that had the pump but there want the whole car and that's not much help at the moment as they are 400+ km away and i can't easily get the car to them.
Any help or advice would been greatly appreciated thanks

most likely pump ecu.
however check earths. could be pump connections or wiring.
