Wireless router problem.

Ok, I accidently fried my router. So I bought another , plugged it in, turned it on, ran through all the normal stuff. Browsing etc was working fine through the ethernet cable, but when I tried the wireless no go. I have 4 computers all connected wireless. One running Vista connected no worries first go, another old laptop worked no worries but the desktop is no go, as well as my new dell.
All of these where working no problems yesterday. I stuffed around and somehow got the dell working, but the desktop won't even connect to the router nevermind the internet, and the other old laptop had now stopped working for no apperent reason, connects to the router but wont let me surf the web.
I have checked ip addresses and everything looks ok.
Anyone got any idea on what could be going on?

can you see the wireless network with the desktop?
when you enter 192.168.2.1 into your browser what happens?
do you have security enabled? WEP?
What channel is the router on? sometimes channel 11 is the most stable.
stupid Q, is your wireless switched on in your desktop? i'm sure it would be, just checking.

Another thing to check would be that you have them all to DHCP as aythign static may have old settings

I now have 3 out of the 4 pc's working, just one more to sort out.

The wireless icon shows connected, with the full strength, I have entered the pass key as with the other pc's. But still can't surf the web.
