Performance chip swap

G'day fellow Navarians, A guy I know wants to sell his performance chip, it's off a 2.5ltr D22, I have a 3.0ltr ZD30. he says it should fit and be ok on my motor but im sceptical. Does anyone know for sure that it will fit and work or shall I just forget it? Cheers.

they run totally different injection system. not going to work what so ever.
