Hi everyone, I'd like to know who's covered Mt. Walker at Lithgow and if you did, how was it and did you have any mods to do it? I'm planning on going with a mate tomorrow. 4x4 Earth rates it as 'difficult'. I have stock suspension, stock tyres and no doff locks. Just a mate, careful driving and a bunch of recovery gear between us! Cheers.

Get bash plates. Lots of big rocks there.
Other than that walk the tracks that look hairy and make the decision based on ur experience.
I'd recommend 2" lift and muddies also.
I was thinking of going back there in a week or 2 if ur keen.

If you stick to the main track you should be fine.
It does get a little tricky just as you start from the showground side as you have to climb a long rocky hill, just pick your lines and you should be OK.
There are plenty of hard core sections in there but you can make your own mind up if you want to tackle them or not.

Haven't been that side of Lithgow but just watched a youtube video on it, looked like it could be done in a stocker although it appears theres a few difficult side track options if wanted.
