Lift Kit

Howzit All,

Looking lift a D40 Navara.

Assuming 2" body and 4" susp is the most common way to go, does anyone have any suggestions for what brand/kit would be a good option? Not looking for over-priced fancy brands.

2" is standard lift here.
Any of the name brands seem pretty good as long as you match spring rate to your vehicle weight.

4" sus + 2" body is technically illegal. The most you can go (in Vic anyway) is 2" from either suspension OR body + 25 mm from tyres (so 3" in total).

If you want to go with the 4" sus + 2" body then give the guys at Performance Suspension Racing on Gold Coast a call - http://www.performancesuspension.com.au/. I think with 0 offset rims you can run 35 inch tyres. So in total you'd be looking at around 8" lift overall (tyres included) over standard.

You probably won't get much change from $4-4.5k for the kit to be installed though. Tyres and rims will be extra
