HELP! VQ40 Same in Pathfinder and D40?

Hey Guys,

Is the VQ40 engine the same bare motor between the D40 and Path Finder?

Also are their any differences (in the motor itself) between the Manual / Auto versions?

Ive searched google for the last 15 minutes but cant find any relevant info....

They should be the same units. Autos have a transmission cooler in the radiator (not governed, controlled or interacted with by the engine) but the ECUs will be different, the ECU sends more datat to the auto transmission than the manual.
