The lower fan belt pulley (Crank pulley/ harmonic balancer)
Not sure what it’s called, is this a complete replacement or can the bearings be replaced?
Getting some squeaky noises
Hard job?
Is it just the one nut?, Ive heard it bloody bloody tight
Any info appreciated

There's no bearings in there, just the front timing case / crankshaft seal. How old are the drive belts? The would be the first thing to check, otherwise remove the belts and start the motor and see if the squeak is still there.

I'm not sure what motor you have, but the yd25 has 4 belts. 2 for alternator / water pump and 1 each for power steering and air-con. I don't know if the zd30 runs the same as the zd30 Patrol, which only has a single serpentine belt.

most common issue is usually with the dampener (shock absorber looking thingy), idle pulley bearing and the one way clutch on the alternator.
