Bluetooth connectivity

Hi guys, I just recently bought a 2008 d40 stx, the manuel says I can connect to Bluetooth but it shows a later model of radio, my one is a factory standard and I have no idea how or if it can connect to Bluetooth??

I also have an 08 ST-X and I believe the Bluetooth only relates to the hands free not the head unit. I've upgraded mine so that's from memory.

Does it say anywhere in the manuel how to connect it, if it does I have no idea where to find it?
