I'm getting a new alternator and was just wondering if anyone could tell me if the original alternators for the zd30 has a clutch pulley or not?

yes! but it is useless really my oem is solid.
its to increase the service life of the belt.
its not uncommon, a lot of vehicles do have them. tho my sparky did say its the most expensive one hes done.
i don't know the life span of the belt with a solid pulley.
