Hi guys about to to a lift on my truck just wondering do i need to buy extended brake lines for a 2-2.5" rear suspension lift cheers

Nah im doing the front aswell hopefully 2.5 -3 " depending on cv angle and alignment after.

For a leaf lift.
I'd be unclipping the brake lines.

Unless your going hilux shocks for longer drop, you won't need longer lines.

Yeah just wasnt sure if i need to buy them or not. im guessing with the extra travel ill probaly need them

Haha ok i was going to get the ebay cheapies. Do the lines stuff up after awhile. Are the stainless braided ones any better?

I've literally just encountered this and came here to ask what others are doing...

The lines on mine are strethced at full articulation and so could potentially break if suddenly dropped. However, leaving them unclipped would overcome this.

So leaving the rear unclipped is an acceptable solution?
