Hi Everyone, this is my first time as a user on here. heaps of times I have referred to this site and been able to solve problems with my d40, which I really appreciate. My current problem has me stumped, and I would appreciate any feedback, thanks in advance...

2008 D40 king cab, EGR blank, Forefront turbo, HPD intercooler, hard piping, catch can, 3" exhaust, BMC pod filter. EGT/boost gauge, engine watchdog temp alarm.

Ute has run flawlessly with these mods for 2.5 years. 'Normal' boost spikes at 18 psi, hard driving 14 psi, 100kmh cruising 5 psi.

Current problem is approx. only half boost under all conditions. All vacuum lines good/checked. Good vacuum from vac pump. Turbo actuator freely moving/holds vacuum. Boost solenoid replaced, MAP switch replaced, MAF sensor replaced. Ute will overboost if vacuum directly applied to actuator, ute will overboost if MAP vacuum line is disconnected (as the ecu thinks there's no boost).

No error codes

She is running 8 degrees hotter(from sensor on head) and about 75 degrees hotter(EGT gauge) without any load, due to under boosting.

Any suggestions ? Cheers
