Glow Plugs Again

I have attached a utube video of the smoke my Nav is blowing at startup. It was doing it last winter when it got cold and has started again as winter comes on, dosent do it in hot weather. It is a white/grey colour, the engine starts easy on the first go and sometimes is a little rough for a couple of seconds after startup, could this be the Glow plugs starting to play up and if so do they need changing.

Seems like glow plugs but it's only a puff so I wouldn't be to worried. If it kept going longer i'd be concerned.

that looks about as good as they get.
if in doubt unbolt the glow rail and test the glow plugs.

Thanks for replying, I will just keep an eye on it for a while. Its a big learning curve for me.
