What did you do to your navara today?

Rewired my lightforce lights and roof mount led bar with new relays. Added a 3rd wire to add third lightforce on my bull bar. And also mounted winch solenoid to side of battery so i removed the winch box off bar cause they look shit there

They do sell their own and it is expensive. Actually I have a genuine Pioneer camera in my partners astra and it works well. The eBay one was cheaper and picture quality is comparable.

Ended up getting a Genie exhaust

i changed the rear wheel bearings and rear diff input pinion on my d40 yesterday, all for leaks, the axle seals came in a bearing kit

problems with buying second hand is you never know if it had a wheel bearing collapse and spin a race before, - made it take a little longer than planned, but got there in the end

now to take it to work and see if she makes it home,

Replaced my scv, hot damn the body lift helps to access the engine bay haha

Fitted exhaust today sounds tough and goes a bit better

3" exhaust and boost gauge, egt gauge will be next week and i gave it an exfoliating mud bath ;P

Changed my CV. Found out that wasnt my problem my front diff snaped. I will be putting a locker today

New 2inch rear leafs and bushing with greasable shackles and pins, light bar up front and an awning

Replacement tmic and fitting my oil catch can as we speak.

Fitted a set of 22's

Well I've only done this over the last month and it was money well spent.
First up was the lockable gull wing box. Damn good investment.
Then came the frame work and canvas canopy.
I put in some tie down brackets on the tool box so I can carry 2x20 litre fuel and 1x20 litre water. didn't need more than that as I'm never more that an hours drive (100-130k's) from the nearest town, unless I breakdown.
Then got a personal location beacon, ya gotta have it. UHF radio is installed also.
Fridge tie down mounts are in the back ( bit without the carpet ) and they have worked well and I still have room for sundries and if I need, extra's go on the back seat.
Having a full brake replacement done at the mo and the only thing now is the mongrel dash lights to be fixed.
I bought the old girl second hand and it has performed well so far on a 1500-1600 KM round trip. I hope she stays that way.

Started the wiring under the bonnet for the Aux batt that will be going into the canopy. This will run via a Ctek 250s. The relay will run off the the ignition, just to make sure the ctek doesn't flatten my crank batt. I know the ctek has an auto shut off at a certain voltage, just think it's safer this way.

safety first make sure your main battery has power FIRST I like it....

Started putting the accessories back onto the canopy after the new paint job.
Finally starting to look the goods
