Do I have a DPF??

Hey guys,

just wondering if my 2012 YD25DDTi (Jap build) has a particulate filter??

It appear to influence the choice of oil I will be buying?

Is your vehicle a D22 or D40?
D22 should be using 10w-40

It's a D22..

Think I'll go with the 15-40 magnatec

Stick to your warranty mate, trust me it'll make your life easier. Use a 10-40 as recommended

And make sure it's compatible with what is recommended for your engine as far as ratings and quality.
And as Fatboy said No you don't have a DPF.

whats the weather like there?
i would go for a 10w-40 over a 15w-40. but if your in a cooler area a 5w-30 might be better.

I'm in geelong Vic..

I get a good price on Castrol stuff, so I think I'll just go there normal magnatec 10W -40.. It says its ok for diesel engines
