This fault made it a bit tricky to work out how much go juice was left. So had to drain the tank, drop bash plate, remove tank. Take out the sender unit and bend the arm a bit. It seems it was getting caught on the swirl pot / baffle plate. And whist out, installed a new fuel pump just in case...... BTW, I have no idea what I'm doing. I may have had slight guidance from one DION? Hahahaha thanks mate...... Again
Fuel gauge only goes from 3/4 to full

Gauge problems here also, so I disconnected wiring and fitted a "Dipstick" to the Tank-Top and read it thru' a small Hatch in my Drop side Tray, works a Treat, The only thing that works in the Dash is the Electric Clock!
