Then i replaced the crap factory tyres after 15000ks with some Mickey thompson claws, put a winch in the bar and some 240s on it.

Made up a collapseable frame for the back as me and a few mates went down to a music festival in melbourne for new years and it was the only way to fit all there crap

Then i decided that 35's would fit under it(i didnt actualy think they would fit...but they did) JT2s

Then reduction gears got put in as the transfer chain decided to stretch. which is what the bad noise in this vid is

Then some extended flares to make it a bit more legal, im going to take these off and put some more flexable rubber ones on soon, these ones are too stiff.

Hey Joshy, looks awesome mate.
Those custom sliders? Where did u get them, or did u make 'em???
They look good...and strong.
Dicko

cheers mate, i made em, there doing the job but i want to gusset them still just to be safe.

woohoo now front locked and beadlocked....but the beadlocks are leaking like crazy...ill put some pics up later

What's the verdict on the beadlocks Josh, take them off and re-torque all the bolts again? I've heard of some people using some RTV sealant on them, then torquing the bolts.

it doesnt seem to be the bolts. the rims i used to put the rings on wernt in the best condition so it was hard to get the weld on without any pinprick holes in em. looks like the leaks are from the weld and not the bead. so now that there totaly deflated ive went nuts with sikaflex in there and im bout to pump em up again and try.
