LSD diff question

Hey,

Im trying to figure out if a limited slip diff centre out of any other navara's would fit into my 1988 2x4 diff housing or if there are any lsd complete rear axle assembly's that will bolt straight in out of another model navara. Ratio's are not a problem either, im just wondering if there is a simple swap over that can be done.

Any help would be great, cheers

C200 LSD center should swap in as far as I'm aware.

Ok cheers, probably a silly question but how do I tell what diff is a C200? Can I tell this from stampings on the diff housing, or on the compliance plate, or can I tell just by looking at it?

Depends where your getting it from.If you are getting it from a wreckers they should know.

The 200 refers to the diameter of the diff gear (not the case).

The C200 has the plate on the back with 10 bolts.

The C200 is a Salsibury type diff and the H233B is a Banjo type diff which is found in the V6 and QD32 powered D21 and D22 Navaras'.
