Hi all. My D22 2012 yd25 has been to a diesel specialist and he thinks it's the top chain. Has anyone heard this intermittent knock? I've searched but can't find anything similar. I'm going to run a new top and bottom chain kit through to be safe but I'll be a bit ****** if it doesn't remedy the issue. He said it could be the fuel pump if that's not the prob. The noise dissapears over 1500rpm. I've also removed all belts to see if it was the alt etc. The car runs fine, no misfires or smoke. I've attached a link to the video. Thoughts??
