what it weighs all depends on what bull bar you have.
to give some idea my toyo has an overgrown nudge bar and its bolted to the steel bumper. the whole thing was easy enough to carry. just used a couple of containers to sit it on to help take it off/on.

You can easily lift it yourself, I found it's not the weight that's the problem, it's the awkward shape. I'd seperate it from the mounts, makes it easier to handle.

Factory alloy bars dont weigh much, Just have someone else to help balance it and not drop it on your head

i only had a mate and i remove and re-install my steel bullbar and they are much heavier than the alloy ones so one helper will be plenty
