Broken wheel stud??

Hey guys just got back from a trip in town and noticed a slight squeak in the front drivers side. I checkedit out when i got home and noticed all 5 remaining wheel studs where loosey goosey and the sixth one missing. Going to ring nissan tomorrow and find out my chances of warranty work.

Good luck with that, I've no idea how that will go. I'm just glad you caught it before the wheel decided to go its own way.

Was it serviced at a Nissan dealer? That's a service issue. Not warranty.

Yea im glad i found it. Yea it was servicex at nissan. Has been from the start. Ill take it in and see how i gO. If im gonna get charged id say ill do it myself.

Hey Ray215, I had a nasty experience this week with two studs shearing off. Took it in and apparently there is some washer that sits on the back of the studs and two had failed letting the rim flop around and come loose and snap the bolts off. Expensive fix.

ide say they will go with whole new hub assembly from repco/others 250 from nissan 800
