Hi Guys, this is what i'm trying to clarify:
Vic roads allows 2" lift + 2" bigger tyres = 75mm overall ilift
Questions:
1-) 3" lift + std tyres = 75mm overall lift, is this set up still legal?
2-) Suspension lift and body lift, do they have to add to 2" or it could be 2" suspension + Body lift?
3-) What's better 285/75R16 or 305/70R16?

Many thanks

Not sure how they do it in VIC but according to the NCOP anything over 50mm combined lift requires an engineering certificate
265/75/R16 , 265/70/R17 is supposedly as large as you can go legally but again that varies state to state
Might be worth checking what they say at rego

Running gear that may not be "legal" could jeopardise your insurance

Your points 1-3. No you cant do any of those combinations.

Your only allowed 50mm in the suspension (springs or strut spacers) and 50mm diameter on the tyres. Total 75mm. Bodylifts aren't legal in Vic if you have airbags.

The largest legal tyre you can run is a 265-75-16.
