using the search funtion would of avoided you having to ask this question, but heres the answer anyways.
boxy has done an extensive write up with all the pictures and exactly what needs to happen.
polyurathane blocks with metal centers is the legit way to do it if your going to get it mod plated.

oh and i dont remember if he mentions it but lift the passenger side first and check the grommet on the steering column mine slipped out when i did mine.
seen as you have a bull bar it will need to be lifted aswell to make everything look flush and give a better approach angle.

thanks alot i found the thread i have an engeneering place next door to my factory ill ask them to machine the alloy blocks.
