Question - Disc Rotor Sizes

I need to replace my discs and pads, however I purchased the larger 320mm discs instead of the 296mm discs without thinking as I have the 17inch rim. Will the bigger discs fit because 2 Nissan dealers can't tell me.
Any help would be great.

The disc rotor has to remain inside the boundary of the caliper. A rotor that is 24mm larger will need 12mm extra room under the caliper - I don't think that's going to be there.
