Hello all, last week I got a flat front tyre on my d40 on level ground changed the tyre as normal but I found that the jack was fully wound up I was still 2 inches short of the stud threads, so I looked around and found a bit of concrete that was about 2 inches thick and this gave me the extra height needed to reach the threads, now is this a normal thing given that the height between the ground and jack point is higher thus a bigger jack is required,.
