strengthen front diff

gday does anyone know how to make the d22 front diff stronger? i know you can change it with a r200 but it sounds like a lot of wrk. i want to be able to run 33s without my diff breaking in the bush, i dont like to take it easy and i dont want to have to get it repaired all the time.
so help with making it stronger would be great.

i think replacing it with the r200 is really your only option, i dont think your going to get out of it any easier than that.

Try run your car with 33's and see how it goes, if you dont push too hard you might be lucky and it might not break.

i broke my transfer chain before i busted a R180 (35's). I only changed it as a precaution and so i could get a locker.
