Hey mate, haven't seen it but I know of a Mickey Thompson promo GU Patrol ute with a D22 tray.
The pic is the same deal, GU cab chassis with a D22 tray.

Saw a patrol dual cab with a D22 tray last year in the John Flynn hospital carpark, I believe there's a company somewhere either in Brisbane or on the Coast that usually puts D22 trays on their conversions rather than cut and shut the patrol body into a tray.

Yer I must admitt it's not a very flatering photo . I took it with my phone . But at first glance looked very tough !
