Have not seen one on a Nav,
but try Rolls Royce or Jaguar, I'm sure they can make you one for a modest fee

Don't know about a kit but do a google search for woodgrain dash (or similar) because there is a bloke in Melbourne who a mate of mine got to custom make a woodgrain dash for his 67 Mustang. There is no doubt others closer to you doing something similar.
