Fishnet forum

Got to tell you,FISHNET mods are total wankers,pricks,assholes and thats the good points about them.
I have been banned 2 times from there for having a different opionion,then getting slagged off at,and when i have a go back at the tossers having a crack at me,its only me that gets banned.
Seems to be that if you think BARCRUSHER boats are better than hains shit hunters,everyone calls u a dickhead,and when you had enough of namecalling and pay back,the jerkoffs dont like it.
The site is made up of asslickers,and bumchums,and if u dare to be different,they ban you.
They wont even have the manners to answer WHY i was banned.
So i told them to go and get f@#$%6 and stick their site where the sun dont shine.
They need to get on here and learn how to run a GREAT forum,but those tossers dont have a brain between them,,,,,,F*&k them,i say.

hmmmm, ok. dunno what fishing has to do with a navara forum mate but sounds like you need to chill out and have a few beers or something. Or maybe you already have? Personally, I own a Barcrusher 620C and I rate it very highly. I don't bother trying to tell other people how awesome it is because I really don't give a toss what anybody else thinks about. For me it is pretty much my ultimate offshore fishing rig. I won't knock the haines though as they are a good rig but not for me. Take it easy mate and don't worry so much about other people on the interweb.

I'm not a member mate but have you got a link to the thread that banned you? I'm interested to see what they said about the BC. For my money it is one of the better plate boats around, I spent a long time researching before laying down the coin for mine. Do you own a BC aswell? Here's mine, love it. Just wish the weather was a bit better at the moment.

Fishnet is a place where you either fit in or you don't...

If they like you - then all good. If the "power users" don't like you, then you are gone for all money.

I joined that site several years ago. Started giving what I believed to be helpful advice and it seemed that advice was appreciated by some - they gave me some kind of award or other - some little rex award or something, whatever that means. That was back when I was writing technical articles for a boating magazine.

Anyway, I went "against the popular grain" on a few subjects. The power users didn't like it. I couldn't be bothered with them anymore so took my advice elsewhere.

Opinions are like a'holes - everyone has one. But it doesn't make one opinion any better than anyone elses...

Yeahhhhhh, well I was on Toyotamonthly.

But the other forum I was on talked up the KA24E like it was the best motor on the planet. They couldn't take the truth that it was alright but not the bee's knee's.

I've heard a lot of stuff about that at fishnet (otherwise known as bitchnet)

I'm a moderator of another fishing web forum (melbourne based) and as a mod, i can say that at mirsho.com we do not let abusive language get through, or members verbally attacking other members, or promoting of products or services that would conflict any of the site sponsors.

Apart from that, everyone is fully entitled to their opinions, as long as its understood that its a forum promoted to be more 'family friendly'. (and the owner of the forum does have a BC, and we all hang shit on him for it - even if it is a good boat)

If your interested in 'which' fishing web forum, send me a PM. Until i know what the protocols are here in Navara land, i'll be careful to not promote things

Do I understand this correctly, (here is my simplistic example kept totally removed from any automotive related industry just in case), on WoodyD40's fishing forum, If i post that i like Don smallgoods and you have a sponsor KR Castlemaine smallgoods, I could be banned from the site for having an opinion? Yikes!

Nah you ought to be banned for suggesting Don's was better than any other company
