Was at bob jane today asking the same thing. According to them they will both fit. 75's may rub on mud gaurd slightly if not aligned properly, but that is easily fixed.
No one will tell you what to fit, we can only tell you what we have and if it works. There are many threads on this topic already, lots of people running lots of brands and lots of sizes.

I'd go the 265/75s. There is not a huge difference.
side wall height;
265/75 - 198.75mm
265/70 - 185.5mm
Difference is 13.25mm (1.325cm) in each direction.

na, 16x7 str alloys or 16x8 steelies would be the go.
