Not sure if I would buy an ST-X at the moment.

Little bird tells me V6 D40 (and R51) available in two months. :rock:

No I meant as in if they keep the petrol you will get the choice of V6's

Certainly way past time they started to bring our fuel standards up to spec especially for Diesel

The price will be a shocker!
If we use the UK as a guide, they price the V6 at a 31% premium to the 2.5TD. Sure, its got a better engine, 2 extra gears, and more fruit...but that is significant price premium.

Also interesting that they fit 18in wheels on the V6 version. Bigger brakes???

Anyway, will be interesting to see how they position it. If they can keep it <$65k, then there will be buyers...but even still...alot of coin for what is essentially a commercial vehicle!

Given the extra fruit, looks like you are paying ~$8k premium for the pleasure of V6 diesel. Materially better value than initially thought...probably the currency having an impact.
