Does anyone in Victoria preferably in Melb know of anyone that crimps the ends onto the steel cable.My eyelet has shit it self where it bolts to the spool on the winch.

It depends how desperate you are for it. I know a guy that can do it but he's off work until mid Feb and he doesn't like going into work on his time off, but I'm sure you can find someone able to do it before then, and possibly a bit more local.

Scott you got any powerline places around you like powerserve.
They have some big crimpers, a mate of mine works for them or even a cable joiner.
