i imagine they are teh same as my 2004 d22, so jack up, onto axle stand, remove wheel, remove hub, remove circlip, pull off next thing (bugger if i know the tech word for it), remove locking plate screws, then lock plate, remove brake caliper, screw off plate that holds bearing in, pull off rotor, pull out old bearings, clean inside , pack new bearings, replace in reverse order. don't forget to check adjustment after about 500-1000km as sometimes they need a tighten once they settle. heres a pic of a tool i made to help loosen/tighten locknut.
