I bought one of these a few weeks ago for $30. Comes with 8 sockets, in line oiler, extension bit, and oil.
I used it today to rotate the tyers, and I'd have to say pretty good value. I dont think it would stand up to commercial use, but for domestic use, seems to be up to the task. Has a stainless body, and nice rubber nose guard for protection.
one down side is that it doesn't come with a 21mm socket (required for wheel nuts!)
They also have the air ratchet, so I'll be back for that.
