went to tolangi over the weekend and found some pretty awesome tracks.

got a little stuck on this one but ended up taking a different path and made it up.

front locker and i would have made it up first shot.. better start saving.

yeah mate put the 80 series air box in and bought a few bits of pipe and a joiner
and its sealed a treat.

Hey lipus, I was up in toolangi a few weeks ago too, heaps of fun if you get on the right tracks. How are your dick cepeks goin? I got some bfgs off the same bloke, serving me well.
Can I ask what u paid for your airbox, a bloke on here reckons he got one for $20 but I'm gettin quoted 80 to 160!

dick cepeks are very average in the mud mate. found myself sliding around alot but on the ruff stuff they were ok.. i noticed they had plenty of grip on the dry tracks.. but there was alot of slippery logs and roots across the tracks, i found myself getting a little stuck..

airbox was $110 mate. from southern 4x4 dismantlers in campbell feild. dont know what everyone else is paying for them but thats what price i got on the day.. just make sure u ask him to throw in a brand new airfilter with it.. thats what i did... if u can find one for $20 mate jump on it i'd say.

ill be getting new tyres after tax.. and im saving up for a front lokka..

looks like you had a ball mate, someone who knows toolangi should organise a trip out there after the border track trip, wouldnt mind going for a play on some muddy hill climbs and stuff
