The weld line on the bar are a stuff upon my part, no mods are needed to turn the bar around. I have set up my garage and there are a few photos in there, one of the inside of the canopy. the bar placement ate the back is where ever you want to put it and I think that it would support a roof top tent as I had a alloy cage on top that I have slept on.

It looks like your rear bar has weld lines on the support bars, i take it these are nothing to do with your turning the bar round?

There was no tweaking to the rear bar to make it fit just turn it around the other way my canopy is canvas but if you were to put a solid top on it it would support weight i will post some pics of mine and of onter that I have seen.

Hi Cabhsv, I have been thinking of fitting your "dual" sports bar system for ages (much cheaper to find on gumtree) before i fit a canopy over the top. How much tweaking did the rear bar need to make it fit? (i have no welding skills!!) do you have any more detailed pictures of the struts where they join the tub? Do you recon the setup would support two people sleeping on the top in a rooftop tent? Thanks mate, Will
