We would require the ECU as the chip removal can be tricky plus to edit your original program we need to read it first. Cheaper tunes will simply flash a factory program on to your ECU chip, we do not. By editing the original program you minimize the potential for conflicts and detection.

Correct in one, we remove the current chip and read that chip, it is this program that is stored with another copy edited. This new program is put on a new read/write chip. We place an adaptor on the board so if any further changes can be made easily including putting back to factory setting...

Would that work? I know with the D40 you then need to get keys and dash reset. If that is not a problem with D22's then that would be a huge bonus. Once sorted, we will be able to provide tune in an afternoon Cheers

We are in the process of developing a ECU tuning solution for D22's. So a proper edit of the ECU program rather than a piggy back chip fully warranted etc. I currently have 5 customers on my waiting list. If anyone else is interested drop me a quick PM and I will let you know when we are good...

Joshman I am a little confused, pulling a fuse to turn chip off? Is this a tuning box set up? End of day a tune to the actual ECU parameters is safer and will perform better than any external chip simply because there is more to play with. Again this assumes both are tuned safely.
