That's not the A/C Switch bulb though....I'm trying to replace mine at the moment too! Can't work out how to remove the A/C switch from the control cluster though....

You do not need a Cosult II or III tool to do a forced regeneration. Most quality modern scantools are capable of doing this- I have done about a dozen or so for customers with my Snap-on Solus Ultra....
If you are in the Wollongong area try looking up an old mate of mine at "Fixit"...
Either that or the bigger tyres are rubbing on the inner edge of your front mudflaps- turn it to full lock and stick your head under and have a look! If they are just trim it off abit til the noise goes away.

My advise would be to do a bit of research- as most overlift type springs aren't designed to carry excess weight but to just sit higher.
Your springs (be it leaf/coil/or torsion bar) are designed to support the weight and to oscillate when going over bumps etc, whereas your shocks...
