I have a 2" lift with 265/75 on the stock rims. I just bought myself a set of blackhawk UCA's and they dont fit with the stock rims. The UCA's rub on the lip of the stock rim. I don't want to go to a larger rim because I want to keep the tyres I have so I want to move to a 16x8 with an offset...
I still come here for any advice or ideas I need. Next project is going to be my aluminium canopy from mates rates tools. I'll be l9oking to see whatever you blokes have done with your canopies to get some ideas

Changed the tires back to the standard rim and it made a world of difference. No more scrubbing and a much smoother ride. Thanks for the advice guys!

Thanks for the advice John. I've got the wheels booked in for tomorrow arvo you get changed onto the standard rim. How high have you got your torsion bars wound up? I'm hoping that I won't have to wind mine up any further but if it has to be done I'll do it

I think they are the sunny style but the brand is actually kings.
I do remember asking for 0 offset when I got them but who knows if that's what they gave me.

As always thanks John. I took a look at the rim but doesn't have the offset stamped anywhere on it. I saw the rim size 16x8 could it be that it's too wide?
Are you also saying that the original rim will bring it back in too far and cause more scrubbing?

Also I'm not sure how much it matters but it's a 2013 D22.
I still have the stock rims in the shed and I'm just looking to get away with these tyres without having to cut or bash anything.
I'm just super keen to get back out on the tracks without being worried about scrubbing out

Hey guys,
Been a while since I have been on here but I've got another question.
First off I have a 2 inch tough dog lift. Have the torsion bars wound up but still enough downward travel to keep me comfortable.
I have put on some 265/75 R16 on some sunnys. I think they are 8 inches wide I can't...
I wasn't given the "T" piece to install mine. It's where I'd prefer to do it bit I think the previous photo might be my only option. I'm not really a fan of the idea of drilling into my pipes though
Does anyone here have pictures of where they have installed their boost sensor on their motor. Looking at doing mine. Any instructions would help too thanks guys
That's a very busy looking fuse box
I ended up fitting mine just behind the fuse box. I haven't screwed it in yet it's just cable tied through the existing holes
Yeah they have warned me it might go up if it takes them too long to remove the old dump pipe and put the new one on. Ill find out on thursday

Today i fitted my egr blocker and my chip on the D22. Looked at fitting my dea exhaust system but it looks like a mighty big hassel. Might leave it to someone who knows what they are doing. 3 places in newcastle told me to get stuffed. One said he'd need the car for 3 days amd cost me $1200 so i...
