Hi all have a 2005 D22 ZD30 my neighbours son inkaw has swapped his air cleaner box to a cruiser 80 series one but he's not sure exactly what model it came off does anyone know about this mod? And which one is the right one?

Ok forget the first 2 ive got in to tunnel and fitted new Neutral sensor I just need to know what the shorter black ended sensor is that ive wrecked so i can get a new one

Im trying to fit new Neutral position sensor to my d22 zd30 first off i cant get transfer box gear knob off how the hell does it come off ? The gearbox knob twisted off easy as. Second how the hell do you remove all the big plate and rubber covering the tunnel without cutting all the carpet out...

I didnt see it on here it was UK i think bearing shells wearing out and conrods cracking making bad knockung at best throwing rods out the block at worst generally under 120-130k

Ive been reading alot about a issue with the bug ends going on d22's at low milage but they dont say what engine they are talking about which engine is the problem one?

Prob about a ton im guessing Im thinking its the neutral position switch now after reading some stuff it seems a bit shuddery and underpowered in third too

Hi all i brought a 05 d22 zd30 a month or so ago goes well but hooked my 17 foot fibreglass cabin boat up today and went out for a fish it seems real gutless towing like fourth gear on the flat 80km-100km/ hour takes forever let alone trying to negotiate the hills is this normal?
