Yeah ive got all the hoses trimmed and worked out where its all got to sit. Although cant for the life of me get the 2inch ally pipe to fit into the 1.75 silicone hose.. tighter then a fishes arsehole.

Ok so doing the micro intercooler install after a few years of having the intercooler finally decided to pull my finger out and get the rest of the stuff. did anyone have any dramas with the intercooler hitting the heatter pipe that runs along the side of the motor and how did you get around...

Ah ok cheers rum pig. Its got 136000km on the clock. But yea going to keep an eye on it now. Might even try find some clear tube for the drain with a tap on the end so to make it easier to drain and so I dont have to pull it apart to keep an eye on how much oil is in there. Bart

Ok well I did an oil change last weekend after getting back from holidays as it was due to be done. There was about 120-130ml in the catch can.. which im guessing is due to there being more then 6.7litres of oil drained out of the sump (approx 7L) which the last oil change was part of a logbook...

Ok so how much would yas expect to be a normal amount of oil for one of these catch cans have in it after about 2000-2500kms of mostly highway driving?? For a zd30 d22 that is.

Bit of an update. Got a new boost gauge for the navvy seeing as I couldnt stand the needle rattle from the cheap drift brand gauge. Got the autometer phantom 2 gauge. Also got my forefront industries catchcan installed and after about the 30kms ive driven with it on the engine side has an oil...

Here is my forefront industries catch can installed on my zdnavvy. And after about the 30kms ive driven with it on the engine side has an oil mist over it and the air filter side is clean as. Going on a decent trip for chrissy starting tomorrow so will be able to get a decent test on it.
