Hi, I apologise if there is a running thread for this kind of question, I did search but couldn't find one. I have a 2011 D40 and I would like to program a new key. I have tried the method of locking all the doors and then putting the new key in and out 10 times but I never get the indicators...

Im sure there should be a cover here, above the rear view mirror. Does anyone have a part number for it? Thanks, Daniel.

I had to compress the file to get it small enough to upload. Sorry the quality is poor but I think you can see that the centre dial had no effect when I am on the status screen. So maybe this part if the faulty item.

Thanks Tony, I'll try that today. I did see this on eBay and wondered if it was worth a punt. If it doesn't fix the problem I could always resell it...

Ah ok, this screen is not a touchscreen, it mostly uses a round dial just below it. I'll take another video at the weekend and hopefully explain it better

Does the video show enough for you to I'd the model? It's definitely changing channels on the presets. I'll have another look over the weekend

Hi, can anyone please suggest why the radio in my 2011 D40 changes channels on its own? It mostly happens when driving but also when stationary. I have already changed the clock spring under the steering wheel but this didn't help. Thanks, Daniel

So here is my rear step. Not sure how it is supposed to look because this is how I bought the vehicle. I've looked for a parts diagram to try and figure it out but no joy. I can see that there should be a plastic cover on the very top but is there a metal part that sits on top of whats left...

It's a roll cover already broken. I didn't mind because I wanted to take it out anyway to give me maximum load space.
