    Ive had these cut and folded today So now I'm waiting for the paint to dry and in the mean time I'm gathering the bits from the parts list. The last item on the parts list for the sump guard is "SPACER TUBE (XXX LONG)" Does any one know how long is XXX? (keep it clean fellas)

    Thanks Guys, everything you have said is what I've always thought. He was trying to tell me that they become prone to catastrophic failure and destroy the engine. OK I can see that that happens sometimes, Crap happens.......SOMETIMES. However, to infer that it is a known issue? C'mon. Really?

    Correct however I also hooked my spots neg to the reverse globes neg just so I could keep the visible wires all loomed together.

    The last 2 times I've had my truck serviced my mechanic has suggested that if I intend to keep the old girl, that I should consider a turbo upgrade as she has now done over 110,000Ks. I asked him why and he recons that the stock turbos don't last much past 100,000 :confused3: Any body here...

    Yep, thats what I did to install these Dunno what color as Im color blind but once you have the tail light in yor hand, just luse the one that goes to the reverse globe Just make sure the combined current draw doesn't exceed the fuse limit(10amps) Mine draws 8 amps total and is working fine...

    Have you all considered the inherent risks of using and inverter while traveling? I was researching the best way to run my 3 way fridge after finding one at a garage sale.
