The whole problem revolves around the ECU using a MAF sensor only.
If it gives low reading then the ECU will call for more boost and less fuel.
If it gives high reading it will drop boost and overfuel.
MAF gives wrong readings because it gets coated with fumes from rocker cover breather.

The crankcase couldn't pressurise the intake. It would have to pump more air through the breather than the engine was drawing in.
The only way you could pressurise the intake is if an inlet valve is open long enough for the piston to force air back up the intake. This could either be from...
Thanks for the info.
Spill - around 13 at idle
IC/V - around 52 at idle
Vent Sel - around 55 at idle
Just remembered I had an ECUTalk log file on old laptop. Compared the readings and it appears the Vent Sel is what ECUTalk labelled "VNTurbo SV1"

Were are you measuring the boost from? Could be an air leak between there and the engine. Look for oily spots around fittings or the intercooler core.

What about an electric thermo fan. Could also install a run on timer to remove heat from engine bay after shutdown. Heat under load could also be intercooler issues, clogged air passages oil inside core or fault fan if fitted.

Just found this thread. I have a 2002 Elgrand ZD30 non CRD ECU No VG182 and have gone down same path as you. My adapter is also shown as NISBIE. NDSI works on my android devices. ECUTalk works on my laptop using bluetooth. Nothing else will talk to ECU. I think Torque Pro only works if the...
